Investor Rewards Terms & Conditions

General
All investor rewards are subject to availability and may be amended where reasonably required. Bartndr reserves the right to substitute any reward with an equivalent offering of similar value where necessary.


Event-Based Rewards
All events (including launch events, investor dinners, networking events, and private events) are subject to standard event terms and conditions at the time of organisation. This includes, but is not limited to, venue capacity, scheduling, location, and availability.


Networking Events
Investor Partner, Founding Circle, and Inner Circle networking events will be organised only once a minimum of 20 participants within the relevant tier has been reached. Bartndr reserves the right to defer, reschedule, or combine events where minimum participation thresholds are not met.


Investor Briefings (Webinars)
Quarterly investor briefings are delivered as online webinar sessions of approximately 45–60 minutes. Attendance requires prior registration and is subject to capacity limits where applicable.


Access Definitions
•    Priority Access: Includes access to a dedicated founder communication channel (e.g. WhatsApp group) and direct email access to the founding team.
•    Direct Access: Includes all Priority Access benefits, plus direct communication with founders via phone where appropriate.


Discounts
All discounts apply to Bartndr app services only and are valid for the specified duration from the official launch date of the Bartndr app. Discounts are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.


Future Raises Access
Where applicable, “priority” or “first access” to future raises refers to early notification and the opportunity to participate before any public offering, subject to regulatory requirements.
