What We Look For...
A valid RSA for your state — no exceptions; you must be legally certified to serve alcohol.
Charisma and confidence — you bring presence, personality and good energy to every event.
Basic cocktail‑making skills — you can shake, stir, pour and build the classics with ease.
Solid general bar skills — from beers and wines to service flow and guest interaction, you know your way around a bar.
